Brazil Reaching Out to Immigrants

Brazil is a lot like the U.S. Both are geographically large and spread out countries. Both have diverse populations from all over the world. Both believe very strongly in their own cultural values. However, one appears to understand its need for immigration reform in order to continue their economic vibrancy. Guess which one? Authorities say Brazil has one of the world’s lowest rates of foreign-born population and that opening up immigration would aid development. So, Brazil is responding.
