Cuban Doctors Headed for Brazil, Thousands of Them

They don’t speak Portuguese, they are not licensed in Brazil, and some say their training is less than stellar, however, that doesn’t seem to matter to the country of Brazil. They need doctors, and it’s one of the few things Cuba seems to have in abundance. So, Brazil plans to hire 6,000 Cuban doctors to serve in remote parts of the country where medical services are deficient or nonexistent. Better than nothing, I guess.
