Agribusiness is the real power-house in Brazil. And with more people worldwide moving into the middle class, and consuming things like coffee (whether it be Starbucks or Juan Valdez), the coffee pipeline is sure to benefit. For example, Brazil’s worst drought in decades is coming with a silver lining for coffee growers responsible for one in every three cups of fresh java drunk in the world. It certainly doesn’t hurt that coffee is addictive.
