No New Light Rail for Cuiba in Time for the Cup

In the grand scheme of things, this isn’t a big deal. I mean, I don’t think the game between Chile and Australia, or the game between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Nigeria will draw a lot of tourists to the remote city of Cuiba. However, a promise is a promise. If you say there’s going to be a new light rail system in Cuiba to help soccer fans get around during the Cup, well then, there should be. But as sadly expected, perhaps this is an example of how Brazil has bitten off more than it can chew. Alas. What’s that about the country of tomorrow again?
