NSA Sore Point in U.S., Brazil Relations

Everybody spies on their neighbors.  What’s the big deal?  I guess when it comes to the international realm, it is a big deal.  Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff’s postponement of a planned state visit to Washington points up rifts in relations between the hemisphere’s two largest democracies over the NSA fiasco.  But really, what’s a bit of spying amongst friends?  I mean, really.
