Rousseff Decries Cyber Warfare

Still upset of the NSA international spy ring, Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff told the General Assembly that the U.N. needed to get involved with Internet safeguards that will ensure privacy and respect for individual rights.  In the age of Google and Facebook, I’m not sure that individuals haven’t ceded their rights, willingly!
